Healthcare Realty is here to assist with interior finish selections for your space. Our tenants benefit by using our pre-selected finishes that meet or exceed industry standards for our medical office building tenant build-outs. Tenants may use the schemes to facilitate and expedite finish selec­tions in their suites along with our negotiated pricing agreements. In order to obtain beneficial Healthcare Realty pricing, contractors must indicate that it is for a Healthcare Realty project by using our account number when ordering materials. Finishes are suggested designs, but are not mandatory for use.

HOW TO USE THESE SCHEMES

Tenants who use the Healthcare Realty schemes may choose to adhere strictly to one scheme, or they may opt to mix them up. The wood colors, for example, may be swapped from scheme to scheme.

Specifications for each material and the rep’s contact information are revealed by clicking on the material. Contact the reps for beneficial Healthcare Realty pricing.

SAVE TIME AND MONey

By using these finishes, tenants may reduce or eliminate interior design fees. Plus, a discounted price has been negotiated on behalf of Healthcare Realty tenants for all materials. To save time in the bidding process, consider providing these finish selections to preferred contractors to pre-price.

SEE AND TOUCH REAL MATERIALS

Each Healthcare Realty management office has a set of tenant finish samples. These samples allow tenants to see and touch actual finishes, which give a more vivid indication of color and texture than these online images. Product reps can provide larger samples when contacted.

SUSTAINABILITY

Healthcare Realty has pre-selected finishes that meet the Company’s mini­mum sustainability standards for tenant build-outs, including options from the following standards: Forest Stewardship Council (FSC), Rainforest Alliance, Cradle to Cradle, Floorscore, Green Seal and Greenguard.
