Tenants may use these schemes to facilitate and expedite finish selections in their suites. Note that the contractor must contact our reps to obtain beneficial Healthcare Realty pricing and must indicate that it is for a Healthcare Realty project.
HOW TO USE THESE SCHEMES
Tenants who use the Healthcare Realty schemes may choose to adhere strictly to one scheme, or they may opt to mix them up. The wood colors, for example, may be swapped from scheme to scheme.

By using these finishes, tenants may reduce or eliminate interior design fees. Plus, a discounted price has been negotiated on behalf of Healthcare Realty tenants for all materials. To save time in the bidding process, consider providing these finish selections to preferred contractors to pre-price.
SEE AND TOUCH REAL MATERIALS
Each Healthcare Realty management office has a set of tenant finish boards. These boards allow tenants to see and touch actual samples, which give a more vivid indication than these online images. Product reps can provide you with larger samples.
